How to delete your account
You can delete your Firsight account at any time from inside the app: 1. Open the Firsight app and go to your Profile. 2. Open Settings. 3. Tap “Delete account” near the bottom and confirm. The deletion is scheduled right away — no separate request or approval is needed.
30-day grace period
When you request deletion, your account enters a 30-day grace period. During this window your profile and any job posts are hidden, but nothing is permanently removed yet. If you change your mind, just sign back in within 30 days — the deletion is cancelled and your account is restored. After 30 days, your account and the personal data associated with it are permanently deleted and can no longer be recovered.
What gets deleted
Permanent deletion removes the personal data tied to your account, including your profile (name, photos, voice intro, bio, work and education history), your messages, job posts, favourites, verification records, notification preferences, and device push tokens. Anonymised or aggregated data that no longer identifies you, and records we are legally required to retain, may be kept as described in our Privacy Policy.
Export your data first
If you’d like a copy of your data before deleting, open Settings and tap “Download my data” to export a machine-readable copy of your information.
Can’t sign in?
If you can no longer access the app, email support@firsight.net from the email address on your account and we’ll process your deletion request. We may ask you to verify your identity before deleting the account.
